Freelance Event Correspondent

Immediate opportunities are available at UrbanRacer.Com for several qualified individuals located in various parts of the nation. Of particular interest are the locations of the East Coast, Florida, the Mid-Atlantic States, the Midwest, Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, Southern California, and Texas.

Individuals should possess strong photography skills and knowledge of the import/ sport compact automotive performance tuning and motorsports arenas. Candidates should be self-motivated and responsible.

Candidates should also possess digital camera equipment capable of a minimum 1024x768 resolution and access to high bandwidth internet connection (i.e. cable modem, DSL) and FTP capabilities. Correspondents will be asked to attend various motorsports, car show, and lifestyle events and provide coverage consisting of a minimum of 150 images on a deadline basis. Compensation will be based on experience.

In addition to the images, strong candidates may provide 1,000-word minimum, well-written, and informative articles concerning covered events. Additional compensation will be provided for approved and used articles.
